The order will be processed after payment is received. Items available in stock will be shipped within 5 working days, except for rally kits (towers), which may require up to 10 working days. Items not available in stock (pre-order) will require 10 to 28 working days. Customers will be informed if items are not available and about the expected delay times. Delivery dates are provided for guidance only and 4K Parti Speciali cannot be held responsible for delays caused by national or international couriers.

The delivery times indicated when selecting the courier refer to the time from when the order is processed, not from when the order is placed. Additional time may be required for order management depending on product availability.

For non-EU countries, any additional costs or customs duties must be paid by the customer.

It is possible to return new, unopened and uninstalled items sold and supplied by 4K Parti Speciali within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and any customs fees for returns from non-EU countries must be paid by the customer.

The refund will be issued, using the same payment method as the order, after inspection of the returned products and verification that they comply with the return conditions. 4K Parti Speciali reserves the right to issue a partial refund proportional to the condition of the product received if it is found to be unsuitable.

All 4K Parti Speciali products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with current regulations.

The warranty applies exclusively to components purchased directly from 4K Parti Speciali and does not cover:

improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions;incorrect installation or installation carried out by unqualified personnel;modifications or alterations to the products;normal wear and tear due to use.

In case of a warranty claim:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the product;

4K Parti Speciali will cover the return shipping costs if the warranty is accepted;

Replacement or repair will be carried out only after verification of the defect.
