Replacement side panels for the KTM 790 and 890 Rally Kits

The new product is thermoformed from high-strength, impact-resistant plastic, a choice that guarantees greater elasticity than previous processes and a superior ability to absorb vibrations and impacts. In the event of a fall, the material tends to deform without cracking, reducing the risk of clean breaks.

The thickness has been optimized to maintain structural rigidity while maintaining elasticity, in line with the philosophy of the 4K Rally Kits from Special Parts. The surface is ready for assembly and maintains a clean, professional aesthetic, perfectly integrated with the kit's windshield and turret.

This product is designed as a direct replacement for the KTM 790 and 890 4K Rally Kits.
